What is the difference? Are your products and services comprehensible to your customers? Segment, customer segment, value, and unique selling points. Prioritization of services and products.

Functions and processes. What are the most important processes in your company? Management processes, core processes, supporting processes. Prioritize of those.

How are the processes connected. What are the most important interfaces? How do you handle your automated and automatable processes? How do you avoid wasting money and wasting time caused by ambiguity and lack of communication? How do you ensure quality?
